Free Standard Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders to all 50 states of the United States of America. We use UPS Ground, USPS Priority, and FedEx Ground for our free standard shipping option.

Expedited Shipping

We offer two additional shipping options for expedited shipping:

  1. FedEx 2 Day Shipping for $25- Guarantees delivery within 2 business days from when the order has shipped. 

  2. Next Day Delivery for $50 - Guarantees delivery within 1 business day from when the order has shipped.

Handling Times 

Generally, orders are shipped the same (business) day or within 1 (business) day of when the order is placed.

International Delivery 

We generally do not offer international shipping, however special requests may be granted. Please contact us for international shipping options and we will try to accommodate.

Returns

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in the original condition, with all original tags, labels, and accessories attached.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at info@brandedmoda.com with your return request. We will provide a return label free of charge. Place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return with the provided return shipping label.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

  • Returns may be rejected if not returned in the original condition
  • Returns may be subject to a restocking fee if not returned in the original condition
